Experience is Everything! The aim of providing strong, experienced marine coordinators to your project benefits you by saving time, money and effort. The team we provide is headed by a vastly experienced Lead Marine Coordinator. They are responsible for the organisation and coordination of the team. These Lead Marine Coordinators ensure that the correct systems are in place to ensure a smooth running of the Marine Coordination Centre including SIMOPS, certification of vessels and personnel and emergency response. The team is then filled with our experienced marine coordinators and can also include some assistant marine coordinators. These are usually locally sourced marine personnel new to the role. The advantage of this to the project is that they are usually from the local area of the project and provide an invaluable local knowledge and content. These then either join the Borrum team of marine coordinators or stay with the project through the operations and maintenance phase.
